Class Description:

BodyPump:
Get lean, toned and fit – fast. Mix light weights with lots of repetition in the total-body workout set to burn up to 540 calories.

BodyAttack:
Burn up to 730 calories as you mix cardio, strength exercises (hello squats!) and energizing tunes in this high energy class.

HIIT Boxing:
Our HIIT Boxing class combines high-intensity exercises with pad work, creating a fun and functional workout that is
sure to burn those calories! These classes are very easy to follow, with staff always on hand to assist all fitness levels.

Latino Blast:
Cardio made fun in this high-energy cardio-filled workout that mixes aerobics with abs.

Latino Burn:
Shake off the day (and get your muscles shaking) as you mix latino dance moves with bodyweight resistance exercises.

Pilates:
A must for all bodies. Improve posture and correct imbalances in this low impact workout that’ll tone your muscles and strengthen your core.

Spin:
Sweat it out as a group in this high-energy cycling class – let the pumping tunes and instructor guide you through the burn.

Yoga:
Balance mind and body in a series of poses and breathing exercises that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.


ALL CLASSES RUN FOR 45 MINS (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
• Once the warm up has commenced, entry will no longer be permitted
• Water & towel MUST be brought to class
• Please inform the Instructor if you have any injuries/conditions that may affect your exercise
• Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times—no sandals, no bare feet (Yoga & Pilates excepted)
• No bookings required as classes are filled on a first come first served basis
